AI-Powered Platforms
DIC’s flagship products demonstrate what purpose-built AI looks like in practice. CloudMATE® applies machine learning to structural sensor data for damage detection, anomaly alerting, and predictive maintenance. SEAWISE applies AI optimisation algorithms to vessel operational data for real-time speed guidance and emissions penalty reduction. Both are cloud-native, accessible via web browser, and designed for real-world deployment without specialised hardware.
Digital Twins
DIC creates high-fidelity digital twins of physical structures, continuously updated by live sensor data, drone inspections, and IoT networks. Our digital twins bridge analytical physics-based models and data-driven machine learning – providing both structural understanding and real-time operational insight. We use Finite Element Modelling (FEM), nonlinear dynamic analysis, and deep learning to build computational models that reflect actual structural behaviour as it evolves over time.
